Neil Vanonckelen is the Group Director of Life Sciences at Avertim, where they oversee sector strategy, client portfolio development, and service expansion. Previously, Neil served as Senior Manager and led the Life Sciences business unit for the Flemish Region, achieving significant growth. Neil's career at Avertim includes a role as Director, where they managed key accounts across EMEA, and they also acted as an ad-interim Country Manager for Avertim in both the Netherlands and Germany. Outside of Avertim, Neil is a board member at Vana Real Estate, which manages a portfolio of over 140 commercial properties. Neil holds advanced degrees in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Solvay Brussels School and MIP-Politecnico Di Milano, and also completed a Master’s in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from the University of Leuven, graduating with top honors.
