Chris Ward has extensive experience in customer service and marketing, currently serving as the Customer Service Excellence Manager for LPM-EMENA at Avery Dennison since January 2021. Prior to this, Chris held various positions at Nirvana Europe from June 2004 to November 2020, including Head of Marketing & Communications, Business Communications Manager, Head of Client Services, and Sports Travel Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Northumbria University (2001-2004), a Higher National Diploma in Sports Studies from Newcastle College (1999-2001), and A Level Physical Education along with a GNVQ Advanced in Leisure/Tourism from Whitley Bay High School Sixth Form (1996-1998).
