As the first female leader in a regional VP position, she will continue the disruptive evolution of the company's solutions and growth initiatives in the region.

Isabela Galli's professional trajectory is a source of inspiration for Avery Dennison's employees. Her journey started in 1994 as a trainee in the Quality area. Later, she worked in the technical assistance, marketing, product and business development, and sales sectors, always motivated by new challenges.

Isabela has a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas - PUC Campinas and an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo, Brazil.
