Matt Palinkas

Matt Palinkas is an accomplished Product Manager with extensive experience in the packaging and materials sector, currently serving as the Product Manager for Durables at Avery Dennison Label and Packaging Materials since September 2020. Previously, Palinkas held multiple roles within Avery Dennison, including Automotive Product Manager and Product Manager for Foam and Fiber Bonding, where responsibilities included strategy development and product portfolio management with significant P&L oversight. Palinkas also contributed to the Pressure Sensitive Tape Council as a Marketing Committee Member and gained valuable skills in brand development and customer engagement during early roles as Associate Product Manager and Marketing Intern. Prior to entry into the packaging industry, Palinkas managed operations at Mentor Pro Shop and worked in an IT capacity at Avery Dennison. Matt Palinkas holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from the University of Pikeville.
