Rimsha Asif has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Sr. HR Business Partner & OD Lead at Avery Dennison since January 2023. Prior roles include Deputy Manager of Learning, Engagement & Culture Development at Changan Pakistan from July 2021 to December 2022 and Recruitment Specialist at RM Square, where Rimsha excelled in sourcing candidates for key talent management roles. Rimsha began professional career at Engro Polymer & Chemicals Ltd, progressing through various positions from Trainee Assistant Engineer to Senior Training & OD Officer over seven years. Rimsha also gained experience as a Quality Control Analyst at Roomi Enterprises. Rimsha holds a Master’s degree in Applied Chemistry and Chemical Technology from Karachi University, completed between 2010 and 2013.
