Philipp Hamer

Philipp Hamer is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in venture capital, private equity, and customer success. Currently serving as a Venture Analyst at Aves Lair since July 2022, Philipp engages with groundbreaking startups and industry leaders within the Web3 ecosystem. Previous roles include Customer Success Manager at Spike Lab, where Philipp supported youth entrepreneurship initiatives, and various positions at Search Fund Accelerator, including Private Equity Analyst and Intern, focusing on niche investment models. Philipp also completed mandatory military service in the ROC Army in Taiwan and gained early professional experience through internships in accounting at Kraton Formosa Polymers Corporation and sustainability at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi. Philipp holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Strategy & Innovation from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
