Mikko Havela

Mikko Havela is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and controlling. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Avesco Oy since February 2023, Mikko previously worked as Group Controller at Are Oy from February 2019 to December 2022. Earlier roles include Division Controller and Head of Financial Controlling Finland at NCC, where responsibilities included overseeing business controlling, legal reporting, IFRS compliance, and budgeting. Mikko's career began at Deloitte & Touche as an Auditor, responsible for planning and executing audit procedures, and also includes experience as a Service Consultant at If Insurance Company. Mikko holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Oulu, completed in 2009.
