Ana Soares is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Avetta since April 2016, Ana has held various roles including Operations Manager EMEA, Performance Manager APAC & EMEA, International Team Lead, and Compliance Specialist. Prior to this, Ana worked at Halifax from January 2005 to April 2016 as a Senior Banking Consultant, providing financial advice and services, and also held positions as Business Manager and Customer Service Advisor. Ana's career began at Regus, where a role as Senior Customer Service Representative was undertaken from November 2003 to January 2005.
