Simona G. Ceausu

Simona G. Ceausu, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Implementation Project Manager at Avetta since November 2016, holding various roles including Implementation Project Manager and Client Success Manager, where responsibilities have included supporting client-facing projects and identifying process improvement solutions. As a Team Captain, leadership involved guiding a team of compliance specialists to enhance performance and providing training for a diverse workforce. Prior roles include Fraud Prevention Analyst at E*TRADE, Customer Care Assistant at Xerox, Financial Specialist Officer at the Border Police of B&H, and Financial Salary Officer at the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
