Carryn McLean

Carryn McLean is an experienced professional with a strong background in change management and research. Carryn served as a Research Scientist at the University of Western Australia - Western Australia DNA Bank from December 2009 to November 2011, where responsibilities included coordinating and managing medical data and specimens for various health studies. Subsequent roles included Change Lead at Accenture, focusing on SAP implementation in the Oil and Gas sector, and Change Management Specialist at Anglo American, overseeing the global deployment of health and safety standards. Carryn's education includes a Bachelor of Science and BSc (Honours) in Microbiology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Microbiology and Immunology, all attained from The University of Western Australia. Currently, Carryn is the Portfolio Business Change Manager at AVEVA and has recently transitioned to the role of Enterprise Change Lead at Syensqo.
