Jolly Oluka

Jolly Oluka is an experienced R&D Principal Technologist and Project Manager at AVEVA since January 2022. Previously, Jolly worked as a Product Coordinator for The Scottish Government, overseeing Agile project management processes and developing product plans. From November 2013 to April 2021, Jolly served as a Project Manager at SCOREscotland, leading organizational change projects and fostering collaboration with stakeholders. Jolly also functioned as a Scrum Master at Digital Bananas Technology, focusing on high-value product delivery and team empowerment. Earlier roles included Project Support Officer at Registers of Scotland and various positions in public service. Jolly holds a Master of Philosophy in Demography and Population Studies from The Cairo Demographic Centre and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Makerere University.
