Miguel Mayer

Miguel Mayer has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partnering Senior Specialist at AVEVA since October 2012, where responsibilities include organizational development, onboarding and offboarding, data management, and vendor relationships. Prior to this role, Miguel worked at Schneider Electric and served as a Human Resources Specialist, and coordinated executive recruitment at MDC RH. Early career experience includes managing HR at Borderless Intermodal. Miguel holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí and a degree in Psychology with a focus on Labor Psychology from UASLP.
