Monika Rassau CIPP/E is an experienced legal professional specializing in data protection and privacy, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at AVEVA since June 2025. Prior to this role, Monika held key positions at Aptean as Director, Senior Data Protection and Privacy Counsel, and at Citrix as Senior Counsel Privacy and Data Protection, where responsibilities included supporting global data privacy compliance programs. Monika's earlier experience includes serving as Legal Counsel Privacy and Technology at UnitedLex, advising on EU data protection law, and various legal roles at Spring Law, Merck Sharp & Dohme, and Vyman Solicitors.
