Paul Kaiser is an accomplished professional with over three decades of experience in research and development, particularly in the software engineering domain. Currently serving as R&D Vice President of Product Development at AVEVA since March 2021, Paul has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including R&D Vice President of Leadership and Advancement and Vice President of Research & Development for Operations Information. Prior to AVEVA, Paul spent 30 years at OSIsoft, where responsibilities included Director of Engineering Department Leadership and Software Engineering Group Leader.
