Randy Esposito is a seasoned professional in customer success operations with extensive experience across several leading companies. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Customer Success Operations at AVEVA since June 2020, Randy built a program management practice and oversees a team executing over 50 programs annually. Previously at OSIsoft, Randy held multiple roles including Group Lead, where responsibilities included managing process and systems components for a customer success organization of over 500 staff, and Product Manager of Services, focused on developing a comprehensive services portfolio. Randy's earlier experience includes significant roles at Nalco Champion and Praxair, where impactful systems and technologies were developed to drive efficiency and cost savings. Randy earned a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.
