Nick Brutz

Nick Brutz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and patient experience management. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence and Director of Patient Experience at AVI Foodsystems since October 2015, Nick oversees various aspects of patient dining systems and standardization processes. Prior roles included Hospitality and Excellence Manager and System Patient Experience Manager, where Nick managed customer service programs across five hospitals. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Store Manager at The Buckle, Inc., where responsibilities included team management and sales optimization, complemented by participation in a comprehensive Management Development Program focused on enhancing leadership and operational skills.
