Dr. Christoph Baumeister

Dr. Christoph Baumeister has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. In 2010, they worked as a Research Associate & PhD candidate at Technische Universität München, where they conducted market research, expert interviews and statistical analysis for different clients in the mobility sector. In 2011, they were a Visiting Researcher at TUM CREATE. From 2014 to 2015, they were Co-founder and Managing Director of LOCUMI, where they developed and launched a hardware solution to securely receive parcels at the apartment door. From 2015 to 2020, they were Co-founder & CEO of nello.io, where they built the world's first B2C solution for keyless access to apartment buildings. In 2020, they became Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Avi Medical, where they were responsible for product vision, strategy and roadmap. In 2022, they became an Investor in Residence at equation, an Angel Investor at coboworx, Rex and Zavvy, and a Venture Scout at Picus Capital.

Dr. Christoph Baumeister's education history begins with an Honours Degree in Technology Management from the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) from 2007 to 2010. Dr. Christoph then went on to pursue a Dipl.-Kfm. from the Technical University of Munich from 2005 to 2010, with a field of study in Technology and Management. From 2010 to 2014, Dr. Baumeister earned their Promotion from the Technical University of Munich with a field of study in Dienstleistungs- und Technologiemarketing. Lastly, they attended HEC Paris in 2008 for a Grande École Exchange Semester, with a field of study in Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
