Dawn Jacobi

Dawn Jacobi possesses extensive experience in customer experience, training, and military service. Currently, at AVI-SPL since September 2016, roles include Chair of the AV Vets Military Employee Resource Group, Director of Customer Experience and Training, Services Training Manager, and Call Center and Quality Assurance Trainer. Prior experience includes positions as International Training Manager and Call Center Training Manager at Blue Jay Wireless, LLC from September 2014 to October 2016. Dawn served in the US Army from June 2006 to January 2015, working as a Drill Sergeant in the Army Reserve, Military Schools and Training Program Coordinator, U.S. Soldier, Executive Administrative Assistant/Office Manager, and Warehouse and Stock Control Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Arizona State University.
