Eric Thibaut

Eric Thibaut is an experienced audio/visual technician and engineer with a diverse background in IT operations and customer support. Currently serving as an Onsite Audio/Visual Maintenance Engineer at AVI-SPL since November 2019, Eric provides Level 3 support for AV systems at Northeastern University, focusing on system troubleshooting and inventory management. Previous roles include various positions at Whitlock and other firms, where Eric delivered A/V support to educational institutions and Fortune 500 companies, led large-scale projects, and performed technical troubleshooting. As a freelance Audio Engineer and Producer since 2003, Eric has worked across multiple music genres and collaborated with numerous clients while also composing for events. Eric holds an Associate's Degree in Recording Arts Technology from Full Sail University and a Bachelor's Degree in Film/Video/Media Studies from Western Michigan University.
