Ian Hartnell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service readiness, business process management, and customer support within the AV and IT sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Service Readiness at AVI-SPL since June 2013, Ian oversees multiple teams to ensure effective onboarding and configuration of new services for customers. Previous roles include Technical Support Manager at Christie Digital Systems and various managerial positions focused on service configuration, development, and continuous service improvement. Ian holds multiple ITIL certifications and has an extensive educational background in electronics and microprocessor technology.
