Julian Phillips

Julian Phillips holds the position of Senior Vice President of Global Business Development and Managing Director of XTG at AVI-SPL since March 2020, where leadership is provided in delivering experience technology solutions designed to enhance consumer engagement and employee experiences. Additional roles include serving as a member of the Future Talent Council and former Executive Vice President at Whitlock, where substantial business growth was achieved. A founder of GPA, a provider of audiovisual solutions, Julian has also been involved in board capacities with Integrated Systems Europe and AVIXA. Previous managerial roles span companies such as IMPACT MARCOM, PeopleBank, Orange, and Dell, where significant impacts in sales, marketing, and company growth were made. Educational pursuits include an Executive Education in Artificial Intelligence from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, along with other business and management qualifications.
