Tal Harel is a seasoned entrepreneur and architect with a diverse background in innovative ventures and architectural design. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Avia Home since July 2020, Tal has focused on enhancing the quality of life for seniors through comprehensive elderly care solutions. Previously, as Co-Founder of Shoe Bank, Tal contributed to creating a peer-to-peer marketplace for women's footwear. Tal Harel Architecture, founded in 2015, specialized in business innovations and diverse architectural projects in Tel Aviv. Additionally, Tal served as Chief Architect at Tridom, where efforts were directed towards revolutionizing construction through 3D printing technology, and as an Architect for the Affordable Housing Team at XPRIZE, driving forward-thinking solutions for housing challenges. Educational credentials include an MBA from Tel Aviv University and an MSc in Architecture from Politecnico di Milano.
