Jason Laub has worked in the customer service and technology industries since 1999. Jason began their career as a Programmer/DBA for Mountain Marketing Associates in 1999. In 2003, they joined Overstock.com as a Product Support Team Lead/Tech Support Team Lead/Customer Service Supervisor. During their time at Overstock.com, they were responsible for building tech support from the ground up, handled escalated calls for product support team/tech support team, managed all aspects of the team, from payroll to daily queue management, and was made research team lead in November 2004 and Tech Support team lead in May 2006, and Supervisor in January 2007. In 2007, they joined CyberSource as a Customer Service Rep III/Account Manager and Customer Support representative III. Finally, in 2015, they joined Aviacode as a Client Services Data Support Specialist and Tech Support.

Jason Laub attended Eagle Gate College-Murray from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate's degree in Graphic Design. Jason then attended Salt Lake Community College from 2012 to 2015, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in General Education.
