Virginia Bartow

Virginia Bartow has over twenty years of experience in operations and sales operations. Virginia began their career in 1998 as a Sr. Manager at Bellsouth, where they were responsible for organization change management and selection testing. In 2001, they moved to Workbrain as an Operations Manager. From 2007 to 2016, they worked at Infor, where they held various roles including Global Sales Operations, Sales Operations for Strategic Solutions, and Sales Operations for Human Capital Management. In 2016, they joined Aviacode as the Vice President of Operations.

Virginia Bartow received their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Penn State University in 1986. Virginia then went on to The University of Akron and earned their Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 1989.
