Agnieszka Ule

Scientist II at AviadoBio

Agnieszka Ule began their work experience in 2008 as a Master Student at Poznan University of Medical Sciences. In 2010, they became a PhD student at the University of Cologne. From 2015 to 2022, they were a Research Associate at University College London, where they worked with a novel ALS model and genome-wide strategies to understand how changes in RNA transport in axons influence neurodegeneration. Agnieszka established a method that successfully isolated motor neuron-specific RNAs. These observations can be used to study ALS mechanism and provide targets for perspective treatment. Agnieszka is currently a Scientist II at AviadoBio.

Agnieszka Ule obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu between 2005 and 2008. Agnieszka then earned their Master's Degree in Biotechnology from the same institution between 2008 and 2010. Agnieszka Ule then went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular Biology from the University of Cologne between 2010 and 2014. In 2017, they obtained two certifications, an Intermediate Python for Data Science certification from DataCamp in July and an Intro to Python for Data Science Course certification from DataCamp in June.
