Jeffrey Davila

Jeffrey Davila possesses extensive experience in military leadership and workforce development, currently serving in the role of Workforce Development and Training at AVIAN LLC since October 2013, where courseware and training products for NAVAIR University are developed. Previous positions include Commanding Officer of the Air Test and Evaluation Squadron One, overseeing over 400 personnel and multiple aircraft, as well as Commanding Officer of Sea Control Squadron Three One, managing 250 personnel and flight operations. Additional experience includes roles in Legislative Affairs with the Office of Secretary of Defense, providing strategic legislative advice, and Human Resources at Naval Personnel Command. Jeffrey holds a Master of Arts in National Security Affairs and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy, along with certifications in Systems Engineering from the Naval Post Graduate School and training from the United States Test Pilot School.
