Shaun Kountz

Shaun Kountz is currently serving as a NAVAIR PMA-207 Senior Logistics Analyst at AVIAN since December 2022, where support is provided for the C-40A program. Prior to this role, Kountz worked as a CNAL MOC/AOG Senior Logistics Analyst at Andromeda Systems Incorporated for a brief period in late 2022. A distinguished career with the US Navy spanned from June 1996 to October 2022, where Kountz attained the rank of Master Chief Petty Officer and served as HM-14 AMCM Maintenance Master Chief, providing extensive logistics and maintenance management. Additional leadership roles included multiple positions such as Maintenance Manager and Quality Assurance Manager across various squadrons. Kountz holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Columbia College and has completed military leadership training through the Senior Enlisted Academy.
