Bayu Candra Kusuma

Bayu Candra Kusuma is an experienced professional in the field of industrial engineering, having obtained a degree from Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang in 2018. Bayu has held various positions, starting as a Manufacturing Process Service intern at MSD in 2016, where a focus was placed on Poka Yoke methods to ensure product quality. Bayu then served as a Warehouse Specialist at PT Natura Laboratoria Prima, followed by a part-time role as a laboratory assistant at Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Subsequently, Bayu worked as an Inspection Staff at PT JST Indonesia, overseeing quality control processes and implementing improvements within the organization. From March 2020 to March 2021, Bayu held the position of Quality Control Officer at CORT INDONESIA, PT, before becoming a Warehouse Lead at PT Avia Avian Tbk. (Avian Brands) in March 2021, where responsibilities include managing warehouse operations and optimizing processes.
