Cesar Augusto Vargas Perdomo

Cesar Augusto Vargas Perdomo is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in information technology management and project execution across various sectors. Currently serving as the Information Technology Department Manager at Avianca since January 2018, Cesar oversees technology operations and serves as a tech partner for business areas. Previously held roles include Project Manager (Scrum Master) at Rappi, where Cesar Augusto managed IT projects for operational systems, and Director of Information Technology at Solidda Group, managing end-to-end IT projects for airline systems. Additionally, Cesar has experience in managing healthcare IT projects and functional analysis. Academically, Cesar holds a degree in Systems Engineering and a Master's in Technology Management and Project Management from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
