Nandkkishore Sharrma has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Nandkkishore currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources, IR & Administration at Avians Innovations Technology Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this, they worked as a Director at Sadagamay Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd from 2018 to 2022.

From 2013 to 2017, Nandkkishore served as the Plant Head for HR, IR & Administration at Magna International, where they successfully managed all HR, IR, and administrative responsibilities for multiple plants without any labor issues.

Nandkkishore Sharrma completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Resources at MIT-WPU from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Institute for Behavioral and Management Sciences, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017.

In 1992, Nandkkishore Sharrma pursued a Master in Personnel Management, specializing in Labor and Industrial Relations, at Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they completed in 1994. During the same period, they also acquired a Diploma in Chemical Process & Technology from JRVGS, focusing on Industrial Chemical Process. Additionally, Nandkkishore Sharrma obtained a Diploma in Labour Laws & Labour Welfare at Savitribai Phule Pune University in 1992.

Before their postgraduate studies, Nandkkishore Sharrma completed their Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Abasaheb Garware College between 1988 and 1991. Finally, their academic journey began with a General SSC from Kendriya Vidyalaya, which they completed from 1975 to 1985.
