Cathy Chen is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic and tactical marketing roles. Currently serving as the Strategic Marketing Intelligence Manager at Aviat Networks since February 2007, Cathy is responsible for defining KPIs and optimizing lead generation processes to meet marketing funnel targets. Previously, as a Tactical Marketing Manager at Harris Corp. from July 2002 to January 2007, Cathy generated sales tools for global teams, led regional product launches, and provided business analysis to senior management. Cathy’s career began at Ericsson Canada Inc. as a Product Marketing Manager in early 2002. Academically, Cathy holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Strategic Management from McGill University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Xi'an University of Technology.
