Jon Allen is an experienced procurement and strategic sourcing professional with a diverse background in managing and optimizing supply chains across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Strategic Sourcing at Aviat Networks since May 2018, Jon Allen focuses on pricing structures and sourcing strategies for key commodities while collaborating with engineering teams. Previously, Jon Allen operated as an Independent Consultant, providing insights on cost reduction and procurement processes from June 2016 to May 2018.
