Silar Ales

Silar Ales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and development, currently serving as Senior Product Line Manager at Aviat Networks since March 2020. Prior to this, Silar held roles at Iskraemeco as Product Manager from February 2017 to March 2020, and at Iskratel as Product/Solution Manager from December 2012 to February 2017. Silar's career began at Iskrateling as Product Manager from January 2006 to December 2010, and further experience includes a Product Manager position at Eurolux from December 2010 to December 2012. Silar's expertise encompasses implementing new products and solutions, developing systems and applications, conducting market research, and verifying solutions. Silar holds a degree in Electronics from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Ljubljana, acquired between 2001 and 2005.
