James A. Zembrzuski

James A. Zembrzuski is currently the SVP, General Counsel at Aviation Capital Group. Prior to joining Aviation Capital Group, they were with International Lease Finance Corporation from December 2010 to December 2014 as AVP and Corporate Counsel. James has also worked with Fulbright & Jaworski from December 2004 to December 2010 as a Senior Associate and Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP from December 2000 to December 2004 as an Associate. Their first job was with US Airways from December 1996 to December 1997 as a Yield Management Analyst.

James A. Zembrzuski received their Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and their Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Finance) from the University of Virginia.

They work with Patrick J. Ryan - SVP, Chief Technical Officer, Steven Udvar-hazy - Senior Vice President, and Elizabeth Stevens - SVP, Human Resources, IT & Communications. James A. Zembrzuski reports to Thomas G. Baker, CEO & President.
