From 1997 to 2002, they held the position of Aircraft Maintenance Chief of the Marine Corps. In 2002, John joined Aviation Facilities Company Management, LLC (AFCO) as the Director of Facilities. John then progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Vice President - Facilities, where they managed AFCO's airport properties and lease negotiations. Currently, as the Vice President - Head of Asset Operations & Development, John is responsible for overseeing the operations and development of current assets in AFCO's portfolio. John also manages special projects and negotiations with contractors and service providers. John Northcott has a diverse education history, starting with their General Studies degree from Morris Knolls High School in 1970. From 1970 to 1972, they attended South Georgia Technical College, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical/Diesel Technology. Later, from 1996 to 2002, they studied Business Administration with a minor in Marketing at Alberdeen University, earning their Bachelor's degree. Lastly, from 2002 to 2005, they pursued a Masters degree in Production & Operation Management from Alberdeen University.
