Garrett Black

Garrett Black serves as an Aviation Valuation Analyst at Aviation Week Network since June 2021, where responsibilities include determining the fair market value of airframes and collaborating with various aviation sector entities to refine valuation methods. Additionally, Garrett functions as a Real Estate Investor at Prairie Sky Properties since August 2020 and holds the position of Instructor Aerial Reconnaissance Weather Officer with the US Air Force Reserve since March 2014, boasting over 1,000 flight hours and significant experience in hurricane penetrations and weather observations. Previously, Garrett was an Action Officer with the United States Air Force from November 2018 to July 2019. Educationally, Garrett is pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Intelligence in National Security at Georgetown University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from The University of Kansas.
