Terra D. has extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Terra began their career at Independence Air in 2002, where they held various roles including SOC Crew Scheduling/Instructor, Supervisor of Flight Operations Services, and Chief Pilot Tech Assistant. During their time at Independence Air, Terra was involved in several representative committees, including the Independence Air Project Improved Operational Performance Committee. Terra then joined Compass Airlines in 2007 as a SOC Manager, specializing in Crew Scheduling and Crew Payroll. In this role, they frequently interacted with the Federal Aviation Administration. In 2010, Terra transitioned to Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Consultant in Aviation. There, they served as an Aviation Operations Subject Matter Expert and was part of the Engineering and Operations Team.
