Clément Meersseman has over 10 years of experience in the aviation industry. Clément began their career in 2011 as a Flight Dispatcher for Global Jet Concept. In the same year, they joined Collins Aerospace as a Senior International Flight Coordinator, where they worked on US Domestic Flight Planning, International Route Planning, International Regulation Compliance and Studies, W/B and Aircraft Performance, Weather Analysis, Flight Following, International Trip Planning, CFMU NOP/CHMI, FAA OIS, Extreme Weather/Unplanned Situation Rerouting, Customer Training, and Team Training. In 2018, they joined AviationManuals as VP of Strategic Partnerships and Senior Advisor of International Procedures.

Clément Meersseman obtained a FAA Flight Dispatch License from Phoenix East Aviation in 2010. That same year, they also obtained a FAA 14 CFR PART 65 Aircraft Dispatcher's License from the Federal Aviation Administration.
