Joshua Zou

Joshua Zou has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Joshua started as a Backend Lead at Aviato in 2022, where they played a key role in developing the frontend and later transitioned to backend tasks. Joshua successfully built and scaled the sourcing engine, which handles millions of entities and conducts site scrapes at scale. Prior to Aviato, they served as the Director of Development at App Dev League in 2021. In the same year, Joshua also took on the role of Lead Organizer at Vivid Hacks, a popular hackathon that aimed to promote diversity and inclusivity in the developer community. Joshua organized and oversaw three iterations of the event, attracting over a thousand participants and distributing substantial prize money.
