Tricia Scott has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tricia started their career in 1999 at JCPenney as a Systems Coordinator, where they trained and mentored retail teams on item tracking systems and collaborated with merchandise buyers to improve inventory costs and gross profit. In 1999, Tricia joined Cooper Fitness Center at Craig Ranch as the Business Office Director, Retail Director, and HR representative, where they implemented strategies to expand private label activewear and oversaw purchasing, merchandising, inventory, and payroll for 300+ employees. From 2014 to 2018, Tricia worked at IDLife Corporate as the Compliance Director, Field Recognition Director, and Project Manager. During their tenure, they successfully designed and implemented a retention program that recovered around $39,000 per month in lost revenue from credit card errors. Additionally, Tricia was recognized as a subject matter expert on industry standards, social platforms, marketing campaigns, and business presentations. Currently, Tricia holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Aviator Home Health, a role they have held since 2018.
