Brian O'Donoghue

Brian O'Donoghue is an experienced executive with a comprehensive background in corporate development and investment management. Since 2009, Brian has served as the Executive Chairman of Aviator Sports and Events Center. Prior to this role, Brian co-founded and managed Arklow Capital from 2005 to 2011, overseeing a team focused on event-driven hedge fund strategies. Brian was also the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel at Viewpoint Corporation from 2000 to 2005 and practiced law as an Associate in the Global Corporate and Financial Restructuring Groups at Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy from 1995 to 2000. Brian holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Fordham University School of Law, obtained from 1992 to 1995.
