Kinkini Roy

Kinkini Roy currently serves as the Associate Director of Drug Product Development at Aviceda Therapeutics, leading the advancement of next-generation therapeutics utilizing synthetic, high-affinity, multi-valent glycans for enhanced delivery of various RNA-based therapies. In addition, Kinkini Roy is the Chief Member of the Boston Chapter of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women executives. Previous experience includes roles as Scientific Director at Phosphorex LLC, focusing on lipid and polymer nanoparticle delivery systems, and as Principal Investigator at Lyndra Therapeutics, where leadership was provided in the early phase development of drug formulations. Kinkini Roy also held significant positions at The Lubrizol Corporation in product development across multiple stages. Education includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Polymer Science and Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Diploma in Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School.
