Suresh Rangarajan

Suresh Rangarajan has over 20 years of work experience. Suresh began their career as a Graduate Student Researcher at UCSB in 1999. In 2006, they moved to Optical Communication Products Inc. as a Sr. Design Engineer. Suresh then moved to Santur Corporation in 2008 as an RF Engineer. In 2010, they joined Kaiam Corporation, where they held the roles of Director, RF Engineering, Design Engineering Manager, and Principal RF/Fiberoptic Design Engineer. In 2019, they moved to Velodyne Lidar as the Director of Electrical Engineering. Most recently, they joined Avicena Tech in 2022 as the Director, System Integration.

Suresh Rangarajan attended the University of Madras from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a B.E in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Suresh then attended UC Santa Barbara from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained an M.S in Electrical Engineering. Suresh continued their studies at UC Santa Barbara, obtaining a Ph.D in 2006. Suresh also attended PSBB KK Nagar, though no degree or field of study was obtained.
