Erin Rasch

Erin Rasch has over 18 years of experience in the biotechnology industry. Erin is currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Development at Avid Bioservices since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Executive Director of Business Development - West Region at WuXi Advanced Therapies from January 2023 to April 2023. From May 2022 to January 2023, Erin was the Vice President of Business Development at Abzena, where they played a crucial role in partnering with organizations for development and manufacturing services. Before Abzena, they served as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Be The Match BioTherapies from April 2018 to May 2022. Within Be The Match BioTherapies, they also held the position of Senior Director of Sales & Business Development from April 2018 to April 2020. Erin has also worked as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Cell Culture Company from September 2015 to April 2018. Prior to that, they held various positions, including Sales Engineer at DCI-Biolafitte from August 2010 to September 2015, Manufacturing Process Engineer at Verenium Corporation from November 2007 to July 2010, and Technical Services Manager at Regenesis from June 2003 to August 2006.

Erin Rasch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University, which they completed in 2003. Erin then pursued a Master of Science degree in Bioengineering at UC San Diego, which they completed in 2007.
