Nicholas Woods is an experienced professional in customer experience management within the property industry. Currently serving as the National Customer Experience Manager at AVID Property Group since October 2019, Nicholas has previously held significant roles including General Manager Customer Excellence and Operations Support Manager at Villa World from November 2011 to October 2019. Earlier career experience includes positions as Client Services Manager at GEO Property Group and various directorial roles at Taylor Wimpey, specifically Production Director and Customer Services Director. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Building Surveying from Anglia Ruskin University, earned between 1989 and 1994.
