Adam Laufersweiler

Adam Laufersweiler has over a decade of experience in customer operations and support within the tech industry. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Metrics & Delivery Performance at Avid since November 2013, Adam collaborates with the support leadership team to enhance processes and tools for the global Customer Care organization, while also working with international teams to establish best practices catering to regional needs. Prior experience includes roles as Team Lead for Customer Success, supervising a team of Technical Support Specialists, and as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, where Adam was an enterprise-level Subject Matter Expert for Avid Editor products. Adam holds a degree in Communication Arts from the University of New Hampshire-Manchester, earned in 2007.
