Deb Hill

Deb Hill is an accomplished human resources leader currently serving as an Executive Member of Athena Alliance, a community dedicated to supporting women leaders. With extensive experience in HR, Deb held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at FM:Systems from September 2018 until February 2024, where notable achievements included leading HR strategy and facilitating a successful exit to Johnson Controls. Before FM:Systems, Deb held various leadership roles in talent acquisition and recruiting at companies such as Strata Solar, Zift Solutions, Experis, Snelling Staffing, and Talent Tree. Deb Hill earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Drake University.
