Gabe Bigger

Gabe Bigger serves as the Global Renewals Director at Avid since April 2025, focusing on strategic development and operational enhancements to improve customer experience and retention. Previously, Gabe was the Sr. Director of Account Management at Bonterra from August 2023 to April 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing the account management team and building strong client relationships. Prior roles include Director of Order Management at Hubilo, where Gabe established the first account management program, and Director of Global Key Account Management & Renewals at Aurea Software, leading a team to retain over $200M in annual recurring revenue. Gabe also contributed to substantial revenue growth during tenure at WP Engine and BigCommerce, with extensive experience in sales operations from earlier roles at Dell and Hostgator. Gabe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts (Government) from The University of Texas at Austin and completed an executive education program at MIT Sloan.
