Orla O'Rourke

Orla O'Rourke is a seasoned professional in the field of audio and music education, currently serving as Product Owner and Audio Application Specialist at Avid since June 2021. Prior to this role, Orla contributed as a Sound Design Lecturer at St. Mary's University from January 2021 to June 2021, and worked as a Music Teacher at The Music Booth Academy from January 2017 to January 2021. Earlier experience includes an internship in music production at JJ Appleton Inc in 2012. Orla holds a Master of Arts in Scoring for Film & Television from Kingston University and various qualifications in music production and composition from institutions including Griffith College Dublin, Trinity College Dublin, and the Sound Training Centre, rounding out a robust educational background in the music industry.
