Patricia T. is an experienced educator with a strong background in leadership and mentorship. Currently serving as a Field Supervisor for A Career in Teaching - Alternative Certification Program, LLC since October 2022, Patricia provides guidance to aspiring teachers on lesson planning and classroom management. Previously, Patricia has worked as a Staff Developer and Learning Partner for AVID Center since 2015, collaborating with school leaders to enhance instructional practices. Patricia's extensive administrative experience includes serving as Principal for Garland ISD from July 2007 to June 2022 and as Assistant Principal in both Garland ISD and Dallas ISD. Patricia holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
